1. Professional Service Agreements
All bookings for MC services, event hosting, and full event management require a formal service agreement or signed statement of work. No date is locked in or guaranteed until the required initial deposit is cleared and the contract is finalized.
2. Fee Structures and Payment Terms
We believe in absolute clarity regarding finances. Specific service fees are clearly detailed on individual client invoices. Standard payment structures require a non refundable deposit to secure event dates, with the remaining balance due strictly prior to the event execution or coaching session commencement. Late payments may result in the immediate suspension of services.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policies
Event management and hosting projects demand extensive backend planning, vendor coordination, and script curation. If an institutional function or corporate event is canceled or rescheduled, notice must be provided in writing. Cancellations made close to the scheduled event date will incur fees to cover pre event planning hours and committed resources. Coaching session changes require a minimum of 24 hours notice to avoid losing the session credit.
4. Media and We Are Success Content
By participating as an interview guest on the We Are Success radio show or related community media projects, you grant Marielba Bortone full permission to record, edit, broadcast, and distribute the audio, video, and digital content. All media materials remain the intellectual property of Marielba Bortone unless a separate mutual agreement is signed.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All custom content, customized growth roadmaps, performance tracking templates, scripts, design concepts, logos, and written text featured on this website are protected by Australian intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, replicate, distribute, or modify any website content without direct written authorization.
6. Limitation of Liability
While Marielba Bortone provides expert business coaching strategies, absolute timeline execution, and full support, final operational results remain the sole responsibility of the business owner or event organizer. Marielba Bortone will not be held legally liable for any indirect financial losses, unexpected vendor failures, or venue disruption outside of her direct control.
7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the state laws of Adelaide, South Australia. Any ongoing legal disputes arising from these terms will fall exclusively under the jurisdiction of the courts located in South Australia.
